“Each project I work on is an opportunity to create a unique space for my clients. Initially, I like to respond to persons and places, rather than design style. All of the elements- architecture and object, color, texture + light, combined together, are greater than the sum of its parts.”

Meet the Designer

JFD Creative creates spaces with unique identities. Our aim is to bring authenticity to each project by selecting furniture, lighting, art, materials, and textures that impart warmth and reveal layers of dimension.

Design Principal, Jessica Fischer, spent the first half of her life living overseas in the Philippines, Japan & Turkey. As a result, her aesthetic is informed by her diverse background.

Whether using pieces that a client already owns and loves or starting a project with a blank slate, JFD Creative draws on the design firm’s love of color, modernist furniture, antiques, and our latest travels & discoveries to express an eclectic richness in each interior.

With a degree from the esteemed New York School of Interior Design, and after years of developing her design expertise with several top-tier, luxury, high-end residential firms in Manhattan, Jessica launched JFD Creative in 2019.

JFD Creative is based in Rumson, NJ, and has worked on projects across the United States.
